Iron Threads Co is hosted on the e-commerce platform, Shopify, Inc., and is managed by our partners at Touchstone Merchandise Group, LLC (TMG). When you have an issue or concern with an order, you will be contacting Touchstone directly. They are experts in the retail industry and can quickly and efficiently process your return or exchange. RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of order delivery for a full refund on merchandise only; shipping and handling charges are excluded. If merchandise is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us directly within 10 business days of order delivery for the replacement of damaged goods.
EASY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days. Excludes items marked Final Sale. To initiate your return or exchange please contact us and indicate whether you would prefer to return your products for a refund, or exchange for a like item. Be ready to provide your Iron Threads Co order number and/or the full name of the original purchaser.
